Make sure you hit Cabbage Rose Quilts in Fort Worth. It's worth the drive. And while you're there visit MadTosh for the most beautiful hand dyed yarns. If you go to FW, Burleson is super close by and Country Stitches has the best repros prints around. I could go on forever about all the fabulous quilt shops in our area here.
And in case you didn't know. The Chihuly exhibit was hit by hail recently and some of the glass was broken. I know replacement pieces were going to be shipped to them so hopefully they'll be fixed by the time you get here.
Oh, I'm sick over just reading what Monica wrote about the Chihuly glass getting broken. It was really hard leaving his museum in Tacoma, WA last year. Gorgeous! Have fun!
