I finished binding off the Mara shawl this morning! Whew! Glad it's done! I have to weave in the ends and give it a good soak, but otherwise it's done!
I also got the borders sewn on to my red and white crown of thorns quilt! Time to shop for some stencils now! I want to hand quilt this one.

The only thing that I'll finish this weekend is the cleaning of my sunporch.
The Mara shawl looks great. I want to knit that one some day. Oh the Crown of Thorn blocks are wonderful. I can definitely see why this one calls for hand quilting.
I spent today doing a little sewing and that always makes for a good day!

Gorgeous shawl Kim. I think I need to put that one on my hit list for Fall. And love your Crown of Thorns too. I can see why you want to hand quilt it. It seems the type of quilt that deserves nothing less.
