I steal a moment here and there to work on it.
This morning, rather than be around a certain crab ass that lives here, I retreated downstairs and finished up the sub-cutting.
That leaves lots of sewing to do.
I'll continue to steal a moment here, there and everywhere in the evenings this week. We'll see how much I can get done before the long holiday weekend!
*Peace!

Ooh, are those Civil War fabrics? Perfect for the holiday weekend! :) (Btw, I'm still pining over your white cheddar quilt, as well as that soft aqua and white one you made... I can't stop thinking about them whenever I see my dusty sewing machine!)

OMG! I just love those fabrics!!!! I can't wait to see more! Yum yum -- I'm drooling here.
I'm loving the look of that fabric, Kim! Anxiously awaiting the posting of your progress!
LOVE those fabrics. But that looks like a LOT of cutting and upcoming sewing. Looking forward to see more of it.
It looks luscious Kim...I hope you have a productive holiday weekend! I had to laugh at your post this morning, my DH's "pet name" for me is Crab-ass.....I have a stitched piece from Waxing Moon hanging on the door of my sewing room that says "The Crab Is In". I don't know where DH gets this....me..crabby??!? LOL
Love that combination of colors! I have a weakness for those teal-ish blues.
Love these fabrics - the color combination. I'm intrigued to see more!
Looks like another great quilt Kim. I definitely love those fabrics!
Love the "crabass" comment...I have one of those too. Unfortunately I can't escape to my quilting room - it's on the second floor and I am not able to do the stairs yet(recovering from back surgery). Love your progress...you are such and inspiring quilter to this beginner.
