Tails have been buried...

I stopped it at about 50" square.

A perfect size for a lap warmer while I'm stitching and knitting.

And I think it's a nice size to cover up a sleeping baby too! ;o)

Yessirreeee...the Cascade 220 stash has been condensed CONSIDERABLY! YAY!!!
Time to tidy up around the living room and call it a night!
*Peace!

It looks great, Kim! What a cozy throw! Hope you sleep well!
That came out very pretty. Yummy yarn colors! I've always wanted to do one of those, but I'm not so much into crochet as I am into knitting. Maybe someday. Good job!
Whoo hooo! It looks great and oh so colorful. Will be a great blankie for when you are feeling under the weather - who wouldn't feel better with those cheery colors?
Wow! I love both finishes! The quilt is definitely not your usual thing, but it's so cute and cheery! And your afghan! Gorgeous! And colorful! Yum! Any news on the baby? You must be on pins and needles!
WOW WOW WOW --It's beautiful Kim. Congratulations on a great big finish!!
I love it!!! I haven't crocheted in years, but I could definitely get inspired again.
Woo hoo... congrats on your finish. It's so lovely and colorful. I like the idea of a covering for the baby... the texture of the yarn would be entertaining for the babe.
It looks wonderful Kim! I'll bet you can't wait for the weather to get cooler so that you can use it!!
I think there is nothing more homey and cozy than a crochet afghan. Seeing yours makes me want to start one. I have the yarn to make several and I always enjoy making them.

Wow! It looks really great! It makes me want to learn to crochet! :)
WOW Kim - it looks GREAT ! You gotta love that cushy feel of the 220 and I'm sure it is wonderful in a cozy crochet stitch. YGG ! can't wait to see what's next - Mel
