I hope you're planning to do something quilty with your day! If you don't quilt...then at least admire some quilts that others have made! And maybe, if you're not a quilter, you'll stop by a quilt shop and sign up for a class to learn this fabulous artform!!!!

In the spirit of the HOLIDAY...I'm going to have another giveaway! We'll let the goodies be a secret...but you should know they're going to be GOOD! Quilting related (ahem* Moda fabric!).....so be sure and enter!

Leave a comment and let me know if you're a quilter, if you're a wannabe quilter, and what you'll be working on this weekend! I'll draw a winner Monday evening! Again...if you post about this on your blog, you'll get two entries!

Who wouldn't love to receive a mystery box of quilt goodness (w/Moda fabric involved!)!!

Have a great day!

*Peace!

I'm a quilter and right now I'm working on a simple Buggy Barn quilt. I plan on teaching a beginners class to some of the gals at my church and thought this would be an easy one for them to start with. I would LOVE to win your giveaway of Moda fabrics!

I'm a quilter and I've just finished machine quilting an Asian inspired quilt. I'm starting to baste and quilt a quilt called Anniversary Stars by Evelyn Sloppy and I used some moda fabics on that quilt. Maybe I'll even have some time for machine quilting today....

I'm a complete wannabe quilter, and not so proud of it! I have lots of projects staring at me next to my sewing machine, and Mom keeps telling me to get at it, so maybe I will! I should start with the binding on my Bistro table topper.. all Jo Morton fabbies. :) I love your giveaways!!!

I'm a lapsed quilter. :D But I'd love to win your giveaway. I'm so bad -- never wrote about your last one on my blog. I'll have to do my best to remember this time. I'm due to post something. Just too tired right now. I'm afraid I stitched today, no quilting.

I've got only 1 quilt and 1 quilt top under my belt. Started quilting about 2 years ago. I am working on the Ohio Stars for a cushion cover at the moment.

Please add my name in your giveaway!

I am a quilter...33 years now! A local guild had their show this weekend and my best quilting buddy and I went to the show, bought some wool and patterns. I came home and stitched the day away on a wool wall hanging. I also teach a few classes each year at 2 LQS. DH even takes me out of the way on vacations so I can check out new shops!

I love quilts, but I'm still in the wannabee quilter group. I have taken a few quilting classes, but they are still in the UFO stage. Maybe this giveaway will get me motivated. Please enter me in your giveaway.

I am a beginner quilter who wants to learn more. Right now I am busy with several quilts to give as baby shower gifts.

Just not enough time in the day to do it all but I am trying.

Hi Kim,

I'm a quilter, but I didn't know yesterday was National Quilting Day. I worked on a machine applique quilt for the Jo Morton Little Women's Club yesterday. Trying something new... I'm using an Aurifil wool thread for the machine stitched blanket stitch. I'm liking the results.

Please enter me in your giveaway! Thanks.

I must have been channeling you yesterday.... hadn't a clue it was National Quilting Day (or that such a day even existed for that matter!) I cut out and made several squares of Ingrid Barlow's Boxed Blessings--a project inspired by your blog! I'm not really a quilter; (a cross stitcher of antique style samplers). I usually feel like I'm flying by the seat of my pants when I try to piece anything together--but it's fun to try!

I am only learning to quilt and a mystery box would really be a super great thing! So far I haven't gathered any real quilting stash as great fabrics are impossible to find here :)

Floundering quilter here reporting for what is sure to be another lovely giveaway. I love all things about quilting and truly enjoy seeing what other quilters are up to. Gotta love the quilters blog- land. Just posted my Midwest Pride Quilt and that is all I've finished of late. Still adding to the library and stash from time to time. Wool!! I've been reclaiming gorgeous wool for quilting and some stitcheries as well. Takes, oh, forever to deal with used wool, but so worth the effort. I used some of it in my MP quilt - the house and lamb is wool. A few stars and the blackbird. Adds charm to the cotton background.

Truthfully, I do very little sane quilting but a heck of a lot of crazy quilting! I am working on a RR block for a lady in Holland this weekend, getting it ready to mail on Monday to Canada. I would love to receive your Moda fabrics. They are always a welcome addition to prints on a crazy quilt and in the tote bags I love to make. I will share them with other ladies in my yahoo grops when we do swaps.

My mother's talent of quilting was unfortunately not passed down to me so I greatly admire beautiful quilts from afar.
